Service Description

Working with governing boards, difficult personalities in the church, staff relationships, leadership styles, church programming, communication strategies, and others are common challenges clergy face? If your clergy group has questions you likely also have answers. Group clergy coaching facilitates the exploration of perspectives, frames of reference, and encourages collaborative reflection on these challenges with the goal of encouraging alternative strategies that may be more relevant to the moment. First booking is free to answer questions and assess if this is a good fit for your clergy group. Groups are limited to seven participants.
